- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, la Sentencia proferida el 10 de junio de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. de Familia de Armenia y en su lugar, amparar el derecho a la salud en conexidad con el de la vida, de la senora Yamile Munoz de Castillo.
- En consecuencia, ORDENAR a Cajanal Seccional Quindio que una vez notificada del fallo, proceda INMEDIATAMENTE a atender la cita para valoracion por neurologia a la accionante, ordenada el 20 de mayo de 2004, por un medico adscrito a la entidad para el diagnostico definitivo y el tratamiento correspondiente de la cefalea hemicraneana asociada con emesis y fotofobia que la aqueja, sin que le sea oponible condicion para el efecto.
- Segundo. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
