- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, a la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora ANAY ROCIO BALLESTAS VERGARA
- Segundo. ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S., Seccional Cartagena, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en este fallo.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
