- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 14 de septiembre de 2004 por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, Sala de Decisión Laboral, mediante la cual fue negada la tutela solicitada por SERVIMOL LTDA y Otros contra el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Pasto.
- Segundo. Levantar la suspensión de términos ordenada en el presente caso mediante auto del 18 de agosto del presente año.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
