- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín de fecha 2 de julio de 2003, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora María Rosalba Sánchez, contra la - EPS Seguro Social - Regional Antioquia. En su lugar, CONCÉDASE el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE EPS Seguro Social - Regional Antioquia que, a más tardar, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, si no lo ha hecho autorice y realice la evaluación por HEMATOLOGIA ordenada a la señora María Rosalba Sánchez.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
