  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio Sala Civil Laboral del 27 de junio de 2001, en la acción de tutela interpuesta por el señor Alberto Prieto Orjuela contra la E.P.S. Saludcoop OC E.P.S. Llanos Orientales. En consecuencia, se concede el amparo solicitado.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. Saludcoop OC E.P.S. Llanos Orientales que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, inicie el tratamiento a base de Radio Cirugía Estereotaxica conforme a la prescripción médica correspondiente.
  3. Tercero. DECLARAR que a Saludcoop OC E.P.S. Llanos Orientales le asiste el derecho a obtener el reembolso de lo gastado en cumplimiento de la orden emitida por la Sala, en consecuencia podrá repetir contra la subcuenta correspondiente del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud (Fosyga).
  4. Cuarto. Para dar cumplimiento a lo señalado en el numeral anterior, el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Ministerio de Salud -Fosyga- dispone de un término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la presentación y formalización de las cuentas respectivas.
  5. Quinto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
