- Primero. Modificar la sentencia proferida el 18 de diciembre de 2001 por el Juzgado 21 Penal del Circuito y revocar la sentencia proferida el 22 de febrero de 2002 por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Seguro Social que en el termino de quince dias habiles profiera la resolucion correspondiente al reconocimiento de la pension de vejez del senor Luis Alberto Sierra Rubiano y que en los quince dias siguientes inicie el pago de las mesadas.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
