- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 20 de noviembre de 2001 por el Juzgado
- Septimo. Laboral de Medellin y la sentencia proferida el doce de diciembre de 2001 por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de esa ciudad.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Seguro Social que en el termino de quince dias habiles profiera la resolucion correspondiente al reconocimiento de la pension de vejez del senor Jesus Maria Morales Valdes y que en los quince dias siguientes se inicie el pago de las mesadas.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
