- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del treinta (30) de enero de 2001, proferida por el Juzgado Veintinueve Penal del Circuito.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela al señor Jaime Martínez Beltrán y en consecuencia, ordenar al parqueadero Los Arias proceder a la entrega incondicional del vehículo taxi de propiedad del tutelante, marca Chevrolet, modelo 1.992 y distinguido con las placas SFR-114, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la fecha de notificación de esta providencia. Sin embargo, la Corte deja a salvo la deuda por el servicio de patios, para ser reclamada a la Dirección ejecutiva de la Administración Judicial por los mecanismos previstos en la ley.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
