- R E SU E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia adoptadas por el Juzgado promiscuo Municipal del El Copey el 17 de septiembre de 1997, en su lugar, tutelar los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de Hidelfonso José Torres Gutiérrez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Municipio de El Copey (Cesar) que, si aún no lo han hecho, reanuden el pago de las mesadas pensionales de Hidelfonso José Torres Gutiérrez en el termino máximo de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de El Copey para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 el decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
