- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en el presente expediente por el Juzgado Treinta y Tres Penal Municipal de Bogota.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. COLMENA SALUD, que continue prestando integralmente los servicios medico asistenciales que requiere el senor YACID ESTRADA SANTIAGO, y que tienen que ver con el padecimiento de una enfermedad catastrofica y ruinosa.
- Tercero. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, el senor YACID ESTRADA SANTIAGO, debera cancelar lo que le corresponde como copago o cuota moderadora en orden a cubrir los servicios que exceden del P.O.S.
- Librense por Secretaria General, las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
