- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida el 29 de abril de 1999, por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, que resolvió la demanda de tutela presentada por el ciudadano Hernán de Jesús Celis Restrepo, en contra de la sociedad "Uricoechea Calderón y Cia Ltda", por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. ADICIONAR el referido fallo, ordenando al representante legal de la sociedad "Uricoechea Calderón y Cía Ltda", que, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a cancelar, si aun no lo ha hecho, los salarios debidos al señor Hernán de Jesús Celis Restrepo, y continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
