- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del
- primero. (1deg) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, (1999) proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Saldana, Tolima En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al minimo vital y al trabajo de la senora Isabel Quintana Rodriguez
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la E.S.E. Hospital San Carlos de Saldana y a la Junta Directiva del mismo, que en el termino de quince (15) dias siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar los salarios dejados de pagar a la senora Isabel Quintana Rodriguez.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Gerente de la E.S.E. Hospital San Carlos de Saldana y a su Junta Directiva, para que asuman de manera permanente los correctivos necesarios para evitar el incumplimiento de sus obligaciones salariales.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
