- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 16 de septiembre de 1992, proferida por la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la cual confirmó la sentencia denegatoria de la acción de tutela presentada por la señora PATRICIA VALENCIA LOAIZA.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Dirección Seccional de Orden Público de Medellín el cumplimiento inmediato y efectivo de la orden de libertad impartida en favor de la peticionaria, con fundamento en lo expuesto en la presente providencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
