- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia expedida por el Juzgado 32 Penal Municipal de Medellin, el 20 de octubre de 1998.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho a la salud de Viviana Maria Rave Rodas en conexion con su derecho constitucional fundamental a la vida, en razon de lo cual se ordena al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales Seccional Antioquia que, dentro de los ocho (8) dias calendario siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, consiga que se practique efectivamente la colecistectomia a la demandante, segun la recomendacion de su medico tratante.
- Tercero. Librense por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion las comunicaciones senaladas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
