- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el inciso
- tercero. del artículo 33 de la Ley 599 de 2000 que a la letra señala "Los menores de dieciocho (18) años estarán sometidos al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil."
- Segundo. la Corte se declara INHIBIDA para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo respecto de la expresión acusada del artículo 475 transitorio de la Ley 599 de 2000, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
