Revisión constitucional del Decreto Legislativo número 1819 del 15 de septiembre de 2015, por el cual se dictan disposiciones en materia de vivienda para hacer frente a la emergencia económica, social y ecológica declarada en parte del territorio nacional.
Luego de constatar la conexidad, necesidad y proporcionalidad de las medidas de excepción para procurar soluciones de vivienda para los colombianos que se vieron obligados a salir de Venezuela de manera intempestiva dejando su vivienda y bienes, la Corte decidió declarar EXEQUIBLE el Decreto revisado.
