- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 79 de la ley 42 de 1993, por los cargos examinados, salvo las expresiones "y contra el solo procede el recurso de reposicion" respecto de las cuales se esta a lo decidido en la sentencia C 054 de 1997.
