- Primero. Declarase INHIBIDA respecto de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada en contra de los literales h), j) y k) del articulo 5deg del Decreto Extraordinario numero 10 de 1992.
- Segundo. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-195 de 1994, en relacion con el literal m) del articulo 5deg del Decreto Extraordinario numero 10 de 1992, salvo la expresion "y secretaria general".
- Tercero. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la expresion "y secretaria general", contenida en el literal m) del articulo 5deg del Decreto Extraordinario numero 10 de 1992.
- Cuarto. Declarar EXEQUIBLES la expresion "y sus equivalentes en el servicio interno" del articulo 6deg, el articulo 12 y el literal c) del articulo 40 del decreto extraordinario numero 10 de 1992.
