- Primero. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-372 del 26 de mayo de 1999, en relación con las expresiones demandadas de los numerales 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 y 11.2 del artículo 45 de la ley 443 de 1998.
- Segundo. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES el parágrafo
- primero. del artículo 4º de la ley 443 de 1998 y las expresiones demandadas: "a nivel nacional"; "empleados del Estado"; y, "y específicos" del artículo 45, inciso 1º, del numeral 1 y del numeral 6, respectivamente, del mismo artículo 45, de la ley mencionada.
