- Primero. En relación el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 64 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, subrogado por el artículo 6º de la Ley 50 de 1990, estarse a lo resuelto en las sentencias No 115 del 26 de septiembre de 1991 de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y C-569 de 1993 de la Corte Constitucional, que declararon exequible esa norma.
- Segundo. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES el ordinal
- quinto. del artículo 8º del Decreto Ley 2351 de 1965 y el parágrafo del artículo 62 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, subrogado por el artículo 7º del Decreto Ley 2351 de 1965.
