Revisión oficiosa de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo No. 735 de 2017, por el cual se dictan disposiciones en materia de agua y saneamiento básico para hacer frente a la emergencia económica, social y ecológica en el Municipio de Mocoa, Departamento del Putumayo.

La Corte encontró satisfechos los requisitos formales y sustanciales de expedición, contenido y vigencia exigidos por la Constitución Política y la Ley 137 de 1994, por la cual se regulan los Estados de Excepción en Colombia, así como las establecidas por la jurisprudencia de la Corporación para este tipo de normas.

Consecuentemente con lo anterior, el Decreto Legislativo 735/17 y las medidas contenidas en su articulado, fueron declaradas EXEQUIBLES.
