Revisión constitucional del Decreto Legislativo 810 de 4 de junio de 2020, por el cual se crea el patrimonio autónomo para el emprendimiento, la formalización y el fortalecimiento empresarial de las mujeres, con el fin de mitigar los efectos de la Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica.
La Corte considera que el patrimonio autónomo creado como la finalidad del mismo, se dirige de modo efectivo a contrarrestar los efectos de la pandemia en la economía y, específicamente, el impacto exacerbado que genera en las mujeres trabajadoras.
El Decreto objeto de estudio se declara EXEQUIBLE.
