- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-182 de 1997 de la Corte Constitucional que declaró inexequibles las expresiones demandadas en el inciso 1o. del artículo 188 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, del inciso 1o. del artículo 174 del Decreto 1212 de 1990 y del inciso 1o. del artículo 131 del Decreto 1213 de 1990.
- Segundo. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia No. 134 de 1991 de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que declaró exequible la expresión "legítimo" consagrada en el literal d) del artículo 185 del Decreto 1211 de 1990.
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES los apartes demandados del literal d) del artículo 185 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, salvo en la expresión "legítimo" de conformidad con lo señalado en el numeral anterior, así como de los segmentos acusados del literal d) del artículo 132 del Decreto 1213 de 1990.
- Cuarto. ESTESE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia No. 134 de 1991 de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que declaró la exequibilidad de la totalidad del inciso 2o. del artículo 188 del Decreto 1211 de 1990 y del parágrafo del artículo 195 del mismo Decreto.
