  4. POR MANDATO DE LA CONSTITUCION,
  5. R E S U E L V E :
  6. PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los siguientes apartes del artículo 4o. de la Ley 27 de 1992:
  7. Del numeral 1o., las expresiones: "Jefe de Oficina, Jefe de Sección, Jefe de División, Jefe de Departamento (...) y Jefe de Dependencia, que tenga un nivel igual o superior a Jefe de Sección (...)".
  8. Del numeral 2o., las expresiones: "Rector (...), Vicerrector (...) y Jefe de Departamento, de División o de Dependencia que tenga un nivel igual o superior a Jefe de Sección" (...).
  9. Del numeral 3o. la expresión: "y de las sociedades de economía mixta", así como la de: "igual o".
  10. Del numeral 7o., las expresiones: "Inspector de Policía y Agente de Resguardo Territorial" (...).
  11. El numeral 8o. en su totalidad.
