- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Tratado de Prohibicion Completa de Ensayos Nucleares", adoptado en la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, el diez (10) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996).
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 660 del 30 de julio de 2001 "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Tratado de Prohibicion Completa de Ensayos Nucleares", adoptado en la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, el diez (10) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996).
- Tercero. ORDENAR la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica, a los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y Defensa, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
