- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES la "Convención Para el Arreglo Pacífico de los Conflictos Internacionales", hecha en La Haya el 18 de Octubre de 1907, así como su Ley Aprobatoria No. 251 del 29 de Diciembre de 1995.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE al Gobierno Nacional -Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores- para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241 numeral 10 de la Constitución Política.
