- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución Nacional,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el Tratado sobre delimitación marítima entre la República de Colombia y Jamaica, suscrito en Kingston, el 12 de noviembre de 1993.
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE, por no ser contraria a la Constitución ni en su fondo ni en su trámite de expedición, y aprobación la Ley 90 de 1993, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Tratado sobre delimitación marítima entre la República de Colombia y Jamaica, suscrito en Kingston, el 12 de noviembre de 1993".
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Gobierno Nacional -Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores- para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241 numeral 10 de la Constitución Política.
