- Primero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el Convenio suscrito entre la República de Colombia y la República del Perú el 24 de mayo de 1989 para la protección, conservación y recuperación de bienes arqueológicos, históricos y culturales.
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE, por no ser contraria a la Constitución ni en su fondo ni en su trámite de aprobación y expedición, la Ley 16 de 1992, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el CONVENIO ENTRE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y LA REPUBLICA DEL PERU PARA LA PROTECCION, CONSERVACION Y RECUPERACION DE BIENES ARQUEOLOGICOS, HISTORICOS Y CULTURALES, hecho en Bogotá el 24 de mayo de 1989".
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Gobierno Nacional -Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores- para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241, numeral 10º, de la Constitución Política.
