  1. PRIMERO. Declararse inhibida para conocer de las siguientes disposiciones de la Ley 89 de 1993: paragrafo 1deg del articulo 2deg, literal b) y el paragrafo del articulo 6deg y los articulos 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 y 14, de la Ley 89 de 1993.
  2. SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 1deg de la Ley 89 de 1993, pero solo en relacion con los cargos formulados y en cuanto no viola los articulos 150-12, 151, 338 y 363 de la Constitucion Politica.
  3. TERCERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES el inciso
  4. primero. y el paragrafo 2deg del articulo 2deg de la Ley 89 de 1993, pero solo en relacion con los cargos formulados y en cuanto no violan los articulos 150-12, 151, 338 y 363 de la Constitucion Politica.
  5. CUARTO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el literal a) del articulo 6deg de la Ley 89 de 1993, pero solo en relacion con los cargos formulados y en cuanto no viola los articulos 150-12, 151, 338 y 363 de la Constitucion Politica.
