- Declarar EXEQUIBLES los articulos 93, 140 y 149 asi como los apartes demandados de los siguientes articulos de la ley 222 de 1995:
- Del articulo 85, el numeral
- septimo. que reza: "7. Convocar a la sociedad al tramite de un proceso concursal".
- Del articulo 129 la frase "Contra esta providencia solo procede el recurso de reposicion", contenida en el ultimo inciso.
- Del articulo 150, el numeral
- primero. que dice: "1. Por decision de la Superintendencia de Sociedades adoptada de oficio o como consecuencia de la solicitud de apertura de un proceso concursal".
