IMPROBACION DEL ACUERDO. Si la Superintendencia de Sociedades improbare el acuerdo, expresará las razones que tuvo para ello, y suspenderá la audiencia para continuarla el décimo día siguiente, a fin de que se adopten las reformas conducentes. Si reanudada la audiencia, se adoptaren las medidas respectivas, la Superintendencia de Sociedades lo aprobará. Si no fuere posible el acuerdo, así lo declarará e iniciará el trámite liquidatorio.
