- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio Internacional de Maderas Tropicales 1994", hecho en Ginebra el 26 de enero del mismo año.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 464 de 1998, por medio de la cual se aprueba el citado Convenio.
- Tercero. Enviar copia de esta decisión al Presidente de la República y al Ministio de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta.
