Declarar EXEQUIBLE en los términos de la presente sentencia el artículo 3o. salvo los siguientes apartes de su literal b): "Por el término de dos (2) años contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente Ley"; y "... expedidos por empresas y, en general, personas jurídicas de carácter público o privado relacionadas directamente con las actividades de la construcción o la ingeniería eléctrica" los cuales se declaran inexequibles.
- 2. Declarar EXEQUIBLES, en los términos de la presente sentencia, los artículos 1o., 2o., 4o., 5o., 6o., 7o., 8o., 9o., 10, 11, 12 y 13 de la Ley 19 de 1990.
