- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 373 del Decreto Ley 100 de 1980 (Codigo Penal), en los apartes acusados, siempre y cuando la expresion "diez mil pesos" se entienda en terminos de valor constante del ano 1981, como equivalente a 1.88 salarios minimos legales mensuales vigentes.
