- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el numeral 1o del articulo 372 del Decreto Ley 100 de 1980, siempre y cuando la expresion "cien mil pesos" se entienda en terminos de valor constante del ano 1981, equivalente a 18.83 salarios minimos legales mensuales vigentes.
