Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra los artículos 24 y 25 del Decreto Ley 020 de 2014, por el cual se clasifican los empleos y se expide el régimen de carrera especial de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y de sus entidades adscritas.
Considera la demandante que los artículos acusados vulneran el preámbulo y los artículos 1, 13, 40-7 y 125 de la Constitución.
La Sala encontró que las normas impugnadas no sólo fueron objeto de una decisión previa de constitucionalidad, sino que existía identidad entre los cargos ya decididos y los ahora planteados.
En vista de lo anterior, la Corte decidió ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-034/15.
