- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 124 de la Ley 30 de 1992, unicamente en relacion con las normas de la Constitucion Politica a las que se circunscribio el examen constitucional.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 142 de la Ley 30 de 1992, unicamente en lo que respecta a su aspecto formal, salvo el siguiente aparte: "y expida las normas reglamentarias de la presente Ley", que es INEXEQUIBLE.
- TERCERO. Declararse INHIBIDA para conocer de la constitucionalidad del articulo 132 de la Ley 30 de 1992, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia.
