  1. PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela como MECANISMO TRANSITORIO por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
  2. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas se reintegre a la senora SANDRA MILENA GALLEGO QUINTERO al cargo que venia desempanando o a uno similar al que desempenaba, en las mismas condiciones que tenia al momento de ser retirada.
  3. TERCERO. Esta orden permanecera vigente solo durante el termino que la autoridad judicial competente utilice para decidir de fondo sobre la accion ordinaria laboral que la senora Gallego Quintero instaure y si dicha senora no presenta la demanda laboral en un termino maximo de cuatro meses, contados a partir de la fecha de la presente sentencia de tutela, cesaran los efectos de esta.
  4. CUARTO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
