- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 2 de marzo del 2000 proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ayapel, en la tutela de la referencia, y en su lugar TUTELAR en favor de LUIS MIGUEL JULIO MEJIA, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Hospital San Jorge de Ayapel que en el termino de UN MES haga las diligencias necesarias para recolectar los fondos que le permitan pagar las mesadas de diciembre de 1999 y enero del 2000, la prima de navidad de 1999, a las cuales tiene derecho el solicitante LUIS MIGUEL JULIO MEJIA y para que una vez obtenidos los fondos en el termino indicado se proceda durante las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a pagar lo debido a dicho solicitante.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR al Hospital San Jorge de Ayapel para que en lo sucesivo no vuelva a incurrir en mora en cuanto a las mesadas de Luis Miguel Julio Mejia.
- CUARTO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- QUINTO. El juez de primera instancia hara cumplir la orden de tutela segun se expreso en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
