- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 17 de febrero de 2000 proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín y en su lugar conceder la tutela de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de la menor Manuela Martínez Osorio a la salud, a la dignidad humana, a la integridad física vulnerados por Salud Coomeva Medicina Prepagada S.A.
- Segundo. Ordenar a Salud Coomeva Medicina Prepagada S.A., que en un término no superior a los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, programe la práctica de la cirugía que requiere la menor Manuela Martínez Osorio.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
