- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia adoptada por el Juzgado
- Noveno. de Familia de Medellín el 5 de marzo de 2001.
- Segundo. CONCEDER, en su lugar, la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la salud del accionante BRAULIO ANTONIO VALENCIA OSORIO, para lo cual se ORDENA al Gerente del INSTITUTO DE SEGURO SOCIAL EPS, SECCIONAL ANTIOQUIA, o a quien haga sus veces, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación personal de esta sentencia, autorice y haga entrega del medicamento "HYTRIN TERAZORIN DE 5% MILIGRAMOS", al señor BRAULIO ANTONIO VALENCIA OSORIO, en la cantidad y por el tiempo que lo disponga su médico tratante.
- Tercero. SEÑALAR expresamente que INSTITUTO DE SEGURO SOCIAL EPS, SECCIONAL ANTIOQUIA, podrá repetir contra el FOSYGA lo que desembolse por concepto de este fallo.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
