- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia de marzo veinticinco (25) de 2002, de la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante la cual se revocó el fallo del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, que había concedido la tutela del derecho al debido proceso del actor el 19 de febrero de 2002.
- Segundo. COMPULSAR copias del expediente y de la presente sentencia a la Secretaría Departamental de Antioquia, para que investigue la calidad de la prestación del servicio público de salud.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
