CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante la cual fue confirmada la decisión de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Manizales, relacionada con la petición de amparo presentada por el doctor WILLIAM SALAZAR GIRALDO. En consecuencia, SE NIEGA la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
