- Segundo. COMPULSAR copias de esta decisión y del proceso al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Atlántico, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, para que proceda a realizar la investigación a que hubiere lugar, respecto de todos los funcionarios del Juzgado
- Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, que de una u otra manera hubiesen tenido que ver en su oportunidad en el trámite del presente expediente de tutela.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se libre la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
