- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias adoptadas por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca el 13 de octubre de 2000, y por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el 23 de noviembre del mismo ano, en razon de la accion de tutela impetrada, a traves de apoderado, por la ciudadana NANCY OBEIRA CASTELLANOS PINZON contra el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala de Decision Laboral.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
