- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Sincelejo el 13 de octubre de 1998, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por violacion del derecho de peticion.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Compania Colombiana Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones y Cesantias S.A., "COLFONDOS" A.F.P.C., dar respuesta a la peticion de la senora Nancy del Socorro Sierra Montes, en el termino maximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
