- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Sesenta y Siete Penal Municipal de Santafe de Bogota, el dia 2 de abril de 1998, y en su lugar se concedera la tutela del derecho de peticion de la senora MARIA DEL CARMEN ORTIZ DE URREA, contra la Corporacion de Ahorro y Vivienda "Las Villas".
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Corporacion de Ahorro y Vivienda "las Villas", que en el termino de 48 horas contados a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia si aun no lo ha hecho, proceda a resolver de fondo la peticion elevada por la senora MARIA DEL CARMEN ORTIZ DE URREA.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
