- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Valledupar, mediante la cual se denegó la tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. En su lugar CONCEDER el amparo del derecho fundamental al debido proceso de las accionantes. Con base en los argumentos expuestos, abstenerse de impartir orden alguna, como quiera que la sanción dispuesta por el acto administrativo controvertido, originó un daño consumado al momento de proferir la presente providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
