- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil - Familia - Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Sincelejo, el 21 de marzo de 2003, que negó el amparo constitucional en la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. REMITASE copia de esta sentencia a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, según lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia, para lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
