- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de tutela proferido por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Arauca de fecha 06 de diciembre de 2000 en la que se declara improcedente la acción de tutela de la señora Aleida Gelves Laguado y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela que ha dado origen al presente fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la A.R.S. COOPSOSALUD LTDA., Seccional Arauca, que en el término de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, deberá realizar, si no lo ha hecho ya, el examen ordenado por el médico tratante.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
